You start off with Water, Fire, Earth and Air. I'm just putting it in alphabetical order by result (I'm updating it periodically  Cecily's helping me out because we've got 200 to cover)

Algae = Plant + Water

Ash = Explosion + Volcano

Atomic Bomb = Explosion + Energy

Boiler = Steam + Metal

Brick = Mud + Fire

Bullet = Gunpowder + Metal

Cloud = Air + Steam

Double Rainbow! = Rainbow + Rainbow (seriously :D)

Dust = Air + Earth

Earthquake = Energy + Earth

Electricity = Energy + Metal

Energy = Air + Fire

Eruption = Explosion + Volcano

Explosion = Fire + Gunpowder

Fireworks = Explosion + Sky

Garden = Plants + Grass

Geyser = Steam + Earth

Grass = Plant + Earth

Grenade = Metal + Explosion

Gun = Bullet + Metal

Gunpowder = Dust + Fire
Horizon = Earth + Sky

Lava = Fire + Earth

Metal = Fire + Stone

Mud = Earth + Water
